From WWII childhood to leather art – A unique A-2 jacket
This piece is a tribute to my client’s lifelong friends, who reminded him of Statler & Waldorf from the Muppets – not grumpy, but witty and full of life. Born in the 1930s, they lived through WWII as children, grew into strong and curious men, and stayed sharp and humorous well into their 90s.
This design is both a tribute to them and a peaceful protest. Tomatoes instead of bombs.
Art, humor, and history combined on leather.
